“But those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.”

“Those who wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength … they shall mount up with wings like eagles” promises that those who hope in God will find renewed strength for the long road. Waiting on God is the source of endurance.
