Salvation
God’s rescue of people from sin and death, given freely through faith in Jesus Christ.
Salvation is being saved—from the guilt and power of sin, and ultimately from death—into eternal life with God. It is God’s work, received by faith.
‘Salvation is found in no one else,’ for it comes through Jesus, who died and rose to reconcile us to God.
